A group of busy venues was juggling bookings across the phone, a generic widget and a paper waitlist. Double-bookings, no-shows and walk-aways were a nightly tax on revenue.

Our approach
We built a single bookings and waitlist tool tuned to how their floor staff actually work - fast table turns, SMS waitlist updates, and small deposits to curb no-shows.
Every venue runs the same system, and head office finally sees covers and trends across the whole group in real time.
The outcome
No-shows fell sharply once deposits and reminders were in place, and walk-ins were converted from the waitlist instead of lost to the venue down the road.
Covers per service went up without adding a single table or extra staff.
